Raja, Darryl & Loh has been representing clients in this area for over 30 years. One of our partners is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a past President of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators.

After the 2023 annual In-House Community survey, conducted among more than 17,000 in-house counsel members in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Philippines, Vietnam, UAE, Thailand, Malaysia and India, the firm received an “Honourable Mention” for the practice area of International Arbitration.

Services

Our international arbitration practice has covered multiple jurisdictions. We have experience as arbitrators, advisors and/or counsel on arbitrations conducted under the auspices of various arbitration institutions and involving foreign laws, including Sudanese, Chinese, Singaporean, English and Ukrainian laws.

In addition to arbitration, we are also actively involved in statutory adjudication of construction disputes pursuant to the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012. Members of the team have acted as adjudicators and counsel, and have been invited to speak at various conferences and seminars on statutory adjudications.
