We are pleased to welcome Chang Ee Leen as a partner of the Firm. Chang Ee Leen was with us from 2012 to 2018 in our tax practice group under the helm of Vijey M Krishnan. Ee Leen has decided to return to legal practice after some years with an accounting and tax firm in the International Tax and Transaction Services Division.
Ee Leen has been involved in numerous tax litigation cases particularly, tax appeal cases before the Special Commissioners of Income Tax, High Court and Court of Appeal. Outside the courtroom, Ee Leen’s practice area includes tax advisory on various transactional matters (including experiences in cross-border transactional tax issues, tax issues relating to asset-backed securitisation structures and family trust, to name a few), tax audits and investigations and applications / appeals to the tax authorities.
It is indeed RDL’s gain that Ee Leen has decided to return to legal practice. Welcome back, Ee Leen.
