One of our partners, was among the speakers at the Public Forum on Reforms to the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA 2012) at the Asian International Arbitration Centre on 26th February 2020. The Public Forum was attended by many players in the construction sector, lawyers and members of the judiciary.
