On 19th September 2019, the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) held a Public Consultation on the proposed changes and new provisions concerning the Trademark Regulations under the new Trademarks Bill 2019. Yvonne, an experienced intellectual property practitioner and a member of the Executive Committee of MIPA, is also a member of both the IP Committee of the Malaysian Bar Council and the ICC Malaysia Intellectual Property Working Committee.
