Quan Sean handles a wide variety of real estate transactions, such as those involving commercial projects and multi-storey buildings and the structuring of joint venture companies to undertake development activities. She is also experienced in advising on banking and finance laws and securitisation (including cross border securitisation). Her clients include banks, corporations, receivers/managers and liquidators and real estate developers. Quite apart from the foregoing above, Quan Sean has also been involved in working on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures involving companies from various industries as well as corporate and debt restructurings.
