Dear Valued Clients, Business Partners & Colleagues,
These are exceptional times.
We trust that you are aware of the nationwide Movement Control Order announced by Malaysia’s Prime Minister on 16 March 2020 in response to the Covid-19 outbreak in the country. The order was issued under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967.
This will result in the Firm’s business premises being mandated by law to be temporarily closed from Wednesday, 18 March 2020 until Tuesday, 14 April 2020 unless otherwise notified.
Rest assured, however, that in line with the Firm’s business continuity plans, the Firm will be moving into a “Work From Home” model during the affected period to ensure that your needs are met and our legal services are not compromised.
Although we will not be able to meet you face-to-face, we will be communicating through our mobiles and e-mails. Multiple caller video conferencing and telephone conferencing abilities will also continue to be available and can be set up by the lawyer assisting you in your matters, if required.
Unless further orders are issued, personnel will be returning to the office when it re-opens on 15 April 2020 at 8.30 am.
Stay safe. Let’s fight this together!
