The Partners of Raja, Darryl & Loh are pleased to announce the growth in our partnership for 2026: Noor Azanida binti Alladin, Dianne Hong Sze Wei, Santhyaa Venugopal and Freddy Choy Kay Chun join the ranks of Partners with effect from 1 January 2026.
Dianne Hong Sze Wei adds to RDL’s established Construction, Infrastructure and Energy Practice Group. Her experience includes disputes in commercial and infrastructure projects including those involving information and communication technology, whether arising from system implementation failures to non-performances. Dianne also has a special interest in environmental and climate change and has litigated environmental related matters involving claims of river contamination, soil erosion and structural stability relating to mining operations.
Noor Azanida binti Alladin and Freddy Choy Kay Chun bring to the partnership experience in banking and finance litigation, restructuring, receivership and insolvency, and will bolster the Firm’s capabilities, aligning with the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders in the banking, finance and fin-tech industries. Noor Azanida’s focus includes matters involving the Islamic finance landscape. Whilst Noor Azanida has grown from within the Firm, we welcome Freddy to the Firm as an exciting addition to the team.
The Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Practice Group welcomes Santhyaa Venugopal as a valued addition to the team’s continuing expansion, with strength and current practice focus in transactional services, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and cross border and foreign direct investments.
