Raja, Darryl & Loh takes pleasure in announcing that Senior Associate, Amanda Sena, has joined the ranks of partners of the Firm with effect from 1st March 2025.
Amanda is a part of RDL’s Dispute Resolution team, with a key specialisation in the Healthcare & Medical Law practice of RDL. Amanda brings with her substantial experience in the space of medical negligence and has defended medical and dental professionals in civil claims at all levels of the Malaysian courts as well as at disciplinary inquiries before the Malaysian Medical Council and Malaysian Dental Council. Given her substantial practice and experience in this space, Amanda, together with others in RDL’s Healthcare & Medical Law practice, provides seamless legal support, consultation and training to healthcare facilities and practitioners in healthcare operational matters and documentation. On the general litigation front, Amanda has experience in media law, advising clients from diverse industry sectors on issues such as defamation and reputation management.
