The Partners are delighted to announce that Zack Tan Zhang Wei has been admitted into partnership with effect from 1 January 2022.
His practice focuses on construction law, with an emphasis on infrastructure projects. He has in recent years been a key part of the team which was instrumental in providing legal support and settling some of the connected legal documentation for the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) and the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit 2 (MRT 2) projects, the Johor Bahru – Singapore Rapid Transit System, the Kuala Lumpur Monorail Fleet Expansion project and the Gemas-Johor Bahru electrified double tracking railway project. Zack’s practice also covers dispute resolution and he has been involved in cases relating to commuter stations and various other structures including a blast furnace complex, a major shopping mall and mixed development projects.
