The partners are delighted to announce that, with effect from 1st January 2023, Datuk Darryl Goon Siew Chye, PJN, DMSM, formerly a partner in the firm, has returned to the firm as a Consultant. Datuk Darryl Goon retired from the Court of Appeal of Malaysia in June 2022.
Prior to his time on the bench, he was the head of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the firm and was one of the foremost litigators in the country. The partners are confident that his vast experience, expertise and insight will be a tremendous benefit to the firm and clients.
