It has come to our attention that certain parties have unlawfully used our Firm name and/or logo to impersonate us by sending cease & desist letters or letters of demand with our Firm name and/or logo by way of Gmail correspondence to various parties alleging that they had infringed the intellectual property rights of others.
Please note that the Firm DOES NOT send any official or formal communication by way of Gmail or other personal email accounts. All emails issued by the Firm would have our usual email address with “… @rdl.com.my”.

If you receive any such unauthorised emails please ignore the same and DO NOT open any attachments or click any links in the email to prevent any phishing, identity theft or malicious malware issues. Such unauthorized use of our Firm name and/or logo is a breach of our rights and is in effect a criminal offence under the Penal Code and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998. We have lodged reports and complaints with the relevant authorities in this regard and we will not hesitate to take legal action against any party acting in such unlawful manner.
